Five of the UK's big banks have agreed to stop charging British holidaymakers for
buying foreign currency with their debit cards.
Lloyds, Barclays, RBS, Santander and the Co-op will scrap their charges by the
end of 2012 following pressure from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and the
watchdog, Consumer Focus.
